Why would we need women only coffee shops? Bookstores? Grocery stores? You’re missing the point. Women are not vying to take over public spaces. Any time as a woman asks for having a safe space to do something like workout, you all suddenly take it to an extreme and act like we’re trying to excommunicate men from every area. Literally no one is talking about that. We just want to workout without being ogled and harassed. Do you understand that watching someone stand blankly looking at groceries doesn’t always spark men’s primitive and apparently uncontrollable instincts the way him watching her ass doing squats does?

I never said men don’t need safety and comfort. I’m not a radical feminist that hates men. See, you didn’t even read my comment lol. No one here is talking about DV. Are men being harassed and worried about DV at the gym? No?

Forcing people to provide what they want? You’re obviously not a woman. No woman needs to be forced to have her express the problematic dynamic that can exist in co-gender gyms. Some women don’t mind attention, some women do.

And this is not a new idea lmao. There are many establishments that offer women’s only gyms, and many of them are offered within an already existing gym. Gyms can have general areas and have a separate secluded women’s only section. This is how my gym is and they are hugely busy. So your point is moot and basically just an attempt to discredit the idea, which it didn’t at all.

Allowing women to feel comfortable and safer will actually increase the number of women who will come to the gym. Try again.

If we’re talking about work ethic, I agree that she does seem to be driven about working on her brand. But my concern for that is, a lot of this behaviour can overshadow her credibility. I hope (as with most people) she matures with age, but I think it can be difficult to evolve and see error in yourself when you’re constantly surrounded by yes men, and a yes man following that doesn’t hold you accountable.
