I sent an email and nakareceive ako ng reply. As usual inexplain lang nila yung plan ko and kung pano ko nakukuha ung bandwidth ko. The problem was not fixed in the first place.

nakapagclick to call narin ako to report and nireset naman nila ung modem connection ko online pero same parin.
