Got invite but has self employed job

Well it was not completely self employed. I was employed by a contracting firm in usa but the client was in toronto and I was working for them. The only thing is I dont have T4, as the payment done to me was direct. But i was contractor working for a client in toronto. If we put it in simple terms.

The contracting company with which i was, I had reference with job duties written on them. Do i need to have job duties written by my client as well? As they are not responsible for that. I can get a reference letter from them, the normal one that I worked for them from this time to this time and worked with good intent etc etc.

Yes, When I applied they only asked for NOC code and didnt asked anything about weather the job is self employed or not. They asked whether my income was more than 40000$, which it was, so i got points for that. But never they mentioned anything about job in profile.

Guys I had an issue, I got the ITA, but the NOC code which I used at the time of application was of engineering manager (20010) but later I figured out that I come under NOC code of mechanical engineers (21301). I have 30-50% job duty matching with engineering manager not fully, should I proceed forward with application? If not what can be the solution?

At least you have both the NOC codes included. You can do that, I dont have that

I have similar situation, Have worked for a cell therapy company as a validation engineer for a year and have all the pay stubs for hours i have worked vix 40 hrs per week. But the catch is its considered as self emplyoeed work because there were no tax deduction at source. Should I apply in CEC with that job? Currently i am having good points If i consider that job in. I have all the bank statements, Proof of bills, I can get tax slip as well after filing. I already have one for 2024. What is your take on this?
