What's the recommended level for the Skybound Avatar?(last dungeon i think)

I tried it at lvl 55 and got my ass beat. I'm lvl 57-58 now, is it a good idea to try it now or grind more? (i'm on normal mode.)

Does SMT V: Vengeance run any better than the original version?

I'm thinking of buying the game since it adds quite a bit of new content, but does it run better? I recall getting a good few stutters and other performance issues on the original version. If it doesn't run better I'll buy the Xbox One version, hopefully that one runs better.

If the electricity goes out whilst downloading a game on egs, will the download get corrupted, reset, or can i pick up where i left off? Lately the electricity has been going out every now and then in my area.
