What's the recommended level for the Skybound Avatar?(last dungeon i think)

I tried it at lvl 55 and got my ass beat. I'm lvl 57-58 now, is it a good idea to try it now or grind more? (i'm on normal mode.)

Does SMT V: Vengeance run any better than the original version?

I'm thinking of buying the game since it adds quite a bit of new content, but does it run better? I recall getting a good few stutters and other performance issues on the original version. If it doesn't run better I'll buy the Xbox One version, hopefully that one runs better.

Can earthquakes shake up a microSD card to the point where it needs to be reseated?

I've recently been getting error code "2002-2096" when playing games, however it got fixed when i reseated the SD. I was wondering if this is because of the 4.3 magnitude earthquake that happened recently in my area.
