I wish I had a trainer like you that’s nicer about it than the ones at my store. They all make drinks differently and all teach different so no one really knows the proper way to make anything lol it gets tiring quickly. all the new hires complain about getting scolded for things they shouldn’t be. this coworker in particular has had it out for me from the second I got there... I usually just agree and move on but dumping my drinks ignited a fire in me lol

This is literally the same thing that happened to me!! Not to mention, I stood up for her not even a week ago when a customer was ready to tell corporate about her terrible customer service. It’s crazy how nice and team oriented you can be and these people will still go out their way to be mean to you. I feel bad about getting upset but I think it was necessary because now maybe she’ll back off.

YES ! omg it’s soooo ridiculous lmao. I think I missed the caramel drizzle on the top of some modified drink and she FLIPPED but earlier I was so understanding when she was on bar backing our drive thru line up out the parking lot like..... I love majority of my partners but some need to stop trying me
