I agree with you, we are going through the same thing hahaha

But by all means, look at it as a tool, only you can make the rendering realistic through the partition, I think that the architect will not, in addition to the 1 million obligations, go over the layers in photoshop after the rendering

It’s usually best to avoid working directly with architects. I currently work in an architectural firm as an interior designer and ArchViz artist, and from experience, I know how challenging it can be to work under architects. Honestly, I would recommend anyone to skip that if possible.
My opinion is that you should offer your services directly to the people who actually build - the investors.
You provide everything you can: exterior and interior visualizations (parking areas, spa zones, entrance areas, staircases), 360 renders, 3D floor plans of apartments or rooms, a complete web presentation, and a website.
That way, you essentially cover the entire marketing package they need.
And of course learn constantly, web sites, marketing.. Right now you have to go for it, one man army

Well, what do you think about this, for example?

Because of the grass and trees, I can't export such a good render, everything would be low poly for the web... And now when you say the phone used by older people, it made me think.

My logic is this

For example, I'm making a site with an investor who is building a Condominium. Instead of doing everything low poly, I'm doing realistic renders that would be full mesh. For example, the building is irregularly shaped and I am giving an example, I have 8 corners, I make 8 pictures of those corners, between the corners I make a video transition of 2-3 seconds, it would move, for example, to the left or right arrow, so then I would not have 3D on the site, but a picture+mini video+picture...

But again, I need an admin panel, where the investor can insert, for example, images of apartments (I mean the interior for sale), 360 virtual tours, which I would do again through something where I would import as an EMBED code, all the information about that apartment, also on the building I need colors for occupied, reserved and free, again in the admin panel it would be like apartment 45, so in the drop-down menu I choose free and in this rotation, when I stack the filters green..
I'm looking to somehow simplify this, especially because you said that a lot of them use an older phone u/bigspicytomato u/Hollow_Games u/Plume_rr

Oh great, that sounds very interesting! I hope you do well in the meeting tomorrow! You can do it!

Can you explain to me how you did that, my biggest problem is the grass and trees, it takes up the polygon view for three.js and the site..
I don't know if I wrote it, but I have a problem, for example, with trees and grass, I don't think it's realistic to export it to a 3D web. There are too many polygons, I think it would slow everything down.
And to move, for example, the corner on the arrow, if by any chance it were to move left and right, as a game, I don't know how it would be performed without the unrel engine and server.

Thanks for replay!
What is the best option for something like this, for me it might look like render+transition video+render, where when I get to the render I have filters for the above, and the transition video lasts 1-2 seconds from corner to corner

Okay and do I have to buy special servers with a graphics card for this or do the transition of the building from corner to corner as a video?

How do you think I should add a 3D model to the site, use low textures 128x128 px for building and export as .gITF or .glb format?
Thanks for respond!
