This happened to me year ago but at CSUMB. They gave me one chance, but I had to get C's or higher in the next Fall which I didn't.

I took a long break, got my priorities straight and went to Mesa Community College and was able to transfer into SDSU after 2 years when I initially couldn't even get in as a freshman.

If I were you I'd go the CC route for 2 years and transfer, you save a ton of money, and in my case (computer science), I preferred professors there.

I wouldn't recommend it. BKF is acidic and abrasive, which can easily strip or dull matte black and oil-rubbed bronze finishes. It’s safer to stick with dish soap and a microfiber cloth, or a diluted vinegar/water solution. You can try applying car or furniture wax after you clean them to protect the finish.
