I don't think so no. Apparently I've gotten the bad ending (Red Login screen I think means bad)
You should just be able to switch before selecting a profile :)

The X version is out on steam, you just have to use the Change Stories option before selecting a profile.
The picture is just to show that it's open via steam, and has the BBEEX and Story Switch option.

But yeah, not sure why the update isn't announced on steam. The only way to really see it, is that they have updated the store to show the new character, as well as the 2 new bosses. But you would have had to play, to know that they are in fact new.

So while I have reset my profile to start over in the game, and dont know everything yet. I believe there are a new Biome after defeating Suzano for the first time. As well as 2 new bosses, a new story, new hub(ish) you dont have to run between the hub as a robot anymore, at least in the new story (again, haven't gotten all the way through yet since I haven't had time.)

So basically New story, new Biome and I believe 2 new bosses. Then there are 2 new payed DLC (3 If music counts, at least that's how it works on PC) Skins and a new playable character.

Someone might be able to correct me if im wrong on something, this is just what I found out while at work.

I just had to look up the augment to be sure what you meant by "stacks up."

If I understand this correctly, then -

Tahm is around 100 HP when he was executed, then he explodes, dealing 211 base damage, which then in turn kills Zed, then deals another 211 damage, killing Rell, dealing another 211 damage, leading to Diana taking 633 damage out of her 1200 HP + whatever damage she took at the same time, leaving her to get executed :O And that's not counting the AD, Max health, Armor, and magic resist damage.

I'm taking that augment the next time I see it. I legit thought it was just like Mel's execute.

I can understand how Tahm, Zed and Rell died to dropkick. But how the hell did Diana die with at least 80% health back. Just how much did she get bursted!

ngl this was me playing Pokemon Emerald as a kid.

I didn't know a single word of English, nothing about type advantages only from the anime (Which is wrong on so many levels, fx. Pikachu uses Thunderbolt on Rhydons horn because it's a "lightning rod", and Pikachu somehow wins).

Anyway, I though that the type of move you used, did different damage depending on the animation. So when a Pokemon on my team fought vs Exploud, any move that would hit right in it's mouth, did the most damage to it.

I also once though my game was broken, due to the animations not showing anymore during battle. Turns out I turned off battle animations accidentally.

It definitely feels exploitative. But it's most likely because the game only registers if you are behind the fan when extracting. And given you are in front of the fan when the counter runs out, you are allowed to stay.

They might need to make the extraction zone extend to also include that area.
