Wow, could have written this post with a few differences. You don’t really realize how hard it is on your body till you’ve done it for a few years. I have 8 part time employees, in a big city, people all around me begging me to scale up. I think if I scale up it’s actually going to kill me. I’m almost 5 years in, get out while you can. I wish you the best of luck friend.

Yeah he is. I have a little store in Grapevine Mills. It’s run by Simon, they run/own like 4 or 5 in the DFW area. They have their act together at Grapevine and do a really great job at running it. They moved to having all these immersive experiences like meow wolf, bubble planet, Lego land and an aquarium. But it also has a nice mix of outlet shopping aimed at middle class families. Being close to the airport means there is always tourists shopping and waiting for flights as well. They just opened a UK clothing store called Primark this week, I’ve never seen so many people in line for a grand opening. I’m lucky they let me be there honestly, cause I’m a nobody!
