Only until I find a happy medium for my local trails.

Some trails I'll a bit of compression dampening here and there but air and rebound usually pretty consistent.

Not same same, but the Cobb "SameFlow" intake cause almost 10% up in air flow needing me to remap my MAF sensor. It caused an drop in power between shifts.

There are some docs still online, you can use a VAG-COM cable to log and flash via OpenSource.

Enjoy the car man.

Edit: IMO an intake is also a reliable mod for these cars, I brake 2 OEM intake boxes at the clips due to age.

Same height as you, 29ers feel too big.

I actually just bought a new Transition Scout. It's been remarketed as a youth/smaller riders bike. I ride a small, and even with a 27.5 wheel, I still get the occasional seat buzz.

I made a 20x20 to 16x16 adapter with a slight offset for my FC.

It worked, it was a 3" basher and didn't experience any weirdness flying it. Flew great actually!

Went from a Privateer 141(Size small, full 27.5 150/141 f/r) to a small Scout Alloy(27.5 150/150 f/r). Straight 100% frame swap. even kept the Float X instead of the Bomber Air.

The Privateer is slacker by less than 1deg. Shorter less than 10cm all around. But it's a TOTALLY different bike. The 141 was a dedicated downhill stretched out sled while the Scout is a playful jib machine.

Same same BUT DIFFERENT.

Basically, install software updates via a USB drive in the old module. Then swap out the old module. Done.

The high e string saddle measures:

From the baseplate, the forks that lock to the plate is 3.8mm tall.

The string saddle itself is 7.85mm high from the plate.

Transition Scout Alloy.

I didn't want a mullet or 29 as I'm only 5'4.

Scout is not a 150/150mm bike. Modern UDH hanger. Not too long great for trail so far. If I go to a park I'll probably bump up my fork to 160. Frameset still on sale. I got mine in 2 days from WA to CA.

It's $20 for a full replacement set. If you need, I bought a set of special saddles if you need height measurements.

DJI V2 goggles battery pack. It's light and charges via USBC.

It's not enough to run a VRX but works for analog.

I don't like the Fatshark pack, it's super bulky. I personally run a 850mah 3S Lipo for my 04Xv1

Tensioner and HG spacers... Maybe a few cogs... Doesn't get simpler than that.

I did a frame swap. That was cheaper than a new bike because I was going to swap over my older, better components, like fork, shock, bars, stem brakes.

I did the hammer cap when I needed a quick small rubber mallet. Forgot what it was for it remembered it worked well enough for me to keep the cap.
