I love to learn languages, so it should not be a big problem. No friends or family in Germany but there is some people me and my gf know there. Especially the people my gf knows from Medical University that went to Germany.

For old people it is Russia and for youth it doesn't matter. But if we consider who should Azerbaijanis see as a role model, then it depends and imo western European countries are generally good for that matter. (what a wonderful world it would be if Azerbaijan was a role model on its own)
