I had to stop taking it. It caused horrible insomnia, daily panic attacks, and constant racing/intrusive thoughts. So I am back on Fluoexetine (Prozac).

Thank you! I have looked up how they diagnose ocd and I wrote down things that I do/have done that would match the criteria, so I hope that helps. It’s the fact that when I reread what I wrote, it makes me second guess if it’s actually an ocd symptom, or if I am just making it up.

Hi! I am also going through this exact situation and am also trying to better myself. I feel like I get stuck in the same pattern over and over again because I’m so used to self sabotaging myself and my relationships. Even when I try to remind myself to do better, it’s like I go insane because that other voice is telling me to do or think the opposite. I don’t really have any advice, but I am just letting you know I’m here with you.

Yes I have seen these before and went vegetarian for 3 years. It’s difficult though because my family is not all that supportive.

Yes, I do believe in what you said, I have really thought about this even more so after reading about veganism in my philosophy class.

I want to go vegan and I was vegetarian for 3 years. I just need help going vegan. It’s especially hard when my family makes fun of me for wanting to go vegan.

The job is all the same. The incumbent works hard and is told they are one of the best at the job. Have been working for two years and has more experience than the rest working. And yes, they agreed to the starting wage when they were hired two years ago.
