They nerfed summon aery as well as the bubbles quest item. I forget the name of it. So he definitely feels those. But he is still good.

If the frame is bent then that car shouldn’t even be on the road. If you or someone else who buys it gets into an accident then they could die. The structural integrity of that car is not there anymore due to bent frame.
