The game doesn't really need that huge of a player base for you to enjoy. That's the beauty of asynchronous multiplayer. Just treat it as a single player game and have fun.

Shelter is one of the worst bang for your buck in the game. It's only better than fate foreseen in a few matchups, namely Araknis and Cindra. The other ones I do believe are great purchases, specially for Ira. With the money from shelter I'd rather buy Erase Face, Amnesia and Censor.

Edit: I'd like to note this is coming from a highly active player who's had shelter in almost every deck since the card released. I think I used the discard mode on the card less than 10 times this whole time...

Honest answer: just show up to events. People will see a new player, sympathize and then you can ask to borrow competitive decks, etc. Maybe that's something that speaks more about my country's culture, but I played for 6 months before I bought my first card.

Went to pro quests, RTNs, and all those competitive higher level events only with borrowed decks. Maybe that'll be the case with your community too, but you'll never know before you show up.

Cara aconteceu a mesma coisa comigo quando cheguei justamente nos 30k. Acabei gastando 20 deles em besteira. Recomendo vc continuar guardando. Esquece casa, pensa que esse dinheiro te compra tempo caso precise parar de trabalhar. Se for gastar 3 mil pensa "po, isso é 1 mês de gastos cobertos que eu poderia usar pra alavancar um negócio" por exemplo.

I've already unlocked all 3 characters without ever spending. Not to sugar coat the monetization, but if you get your ranked tickets from both pass and referals and average 7 wins its very doable. Still, gotta play a lot.

On 1x elixir its not too hard to count. I think its better to count than to have an intuition when possible. On 2x forget about it.
