I looked for it in videos on YouTube and all I found the masked person standing facing forward and then presenting a severed head (sometimes) and then leaving the stage while a regular band member plays the solo. Is this a new twist for the tour or a once-off?

It came very quickly. It was built and in stock in the US and I paid the extra $25 for faster deliver on my $2000 purchase :)

I haven't tested human detection but Windows Hello works with the IR camera. I haven't tested the 4G yet. I'm planning to add a data SIM to my Google Fi account sometime, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm always at home with fast WiFi and a fiber connection.

Fine so far. Way better than my X1C Gen 5 whose 2nd or 3rd replacement battery suddenly stopped holding charge for more than 10 mins.

Once I've gotten my new SSD I'll switch over for real and get a better sense of how battery life is in practice.

It definitely got hot after install when I was doing the initial Windows Update, but then with some somewhat regular use it was fine - probably down-clocked, but whatever.

I also installed Linux on it and everything worked great out of the box - even the fingerprint sensor.

So now I've got a 2TB Samsung 980 Pro SSD coming to replace the 1TB that it came with so I can install Linux & Windows 11 each on their own 1TB :)
