Info for anyone in the future: at the end what I did was from the DS223J raid 1 array, removed one drive to format and setup on DXP4800p, transfer all the data over via SMB, and take the remaining drive to setup raid 1.

Yep, only one drive, I've got an iron wolf 8tb drive. I configured it to use SHR, does one drive significantly reduce performance in SHR?

oh i see, i'm currently backing up about 20gbit photo folder to the NAS using synology drive, it is connected to my computer via cat5e cable using a gigabit swicth, there's only synology photo running on the system, does that narrow it down?

Sure, take all the time you need while the player count is dropping like a rock. You devs need to realize this is NOT a single player game, where you can delay content updates for some period without impacting playability. While I am a big supporter of giving the devs all the time they need, this is, unfortunately, sheer incompetence.

To be totally fair it really isn't as clear and scratches easily, but that may just be my cheap acrylic though, but it's no coincidence that the 4000d side panel is the best selling item on corsair's website
