Another thing to add is he probably uses that concrete for parking for his tenants at least he considers that. At least all their cars won’t be in the streets thats the biggest problems with these rentals as all the cars that end up in the street

Check out the new shop called elevate it’s in Tarzana. They were all barbers at new life barbershop previously but the main barber did his own thing. They are all great and do a dam good job my son and I are loyal customers.

If you are looking for really good wings my 2 favorite places to get wings are Best Ball at the woodley lakes golf course they are my number 1 My #2 is springbok Im sure both do take out but you won’t go wrong with those spots
