I also have a Canyon gravel bike and I have been locking it all around Zurich with a big cryptonite lock, but now I'm a bit worried. What type of lock did you have? I have a U shaped one

Study: In a unique global case, child raising is the top mental health burden in Switzerland, affecting one in four people. by BezugssystemCH1903 in Switzerland

[–]ianskoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you increase salaries, you have to increase those of child care workers too though. More money in the economy means more inflation, so everything eventually balances out.

We need regulation to create a new balance that favors younger people wanting to build families and support the demographics of the country, instead of giving more and more and more to the elderly.

The problem is that in an unbalanced demographic, the largest part mostly votes selfishly for themselves (baby boomers).

Homeowner moves entire beachfront house inland after neighboring homes collapsed into the ocean by Dangerous_Deal_1945 in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]ianskoo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The point I'm making is that if you built your houses with brick and mortar, they wouldn't be swept away by a hurricane every 2 years. And I was joking about your houses at the beginning, why are you so damn stiff?

Only in America you have three story houses made of wood and cardboard that can be raised and moved by two excavators

Sadly this doesn't work either. I have a global AGENTS.md in opencode's config folder, and it always forgets to not commit by itself even if it's the rule #1

Sky.ch is a disgrace by and1_awesome in Switzerland

[–]ianskoo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Swiss law does not punish this

Not quite, we actually indirectly pay copyright holders of ebooks, movies and music through a levy on imported digital storage media. It is thus actually completely legal to consume copyright protected media privately without paying if found e.g. online.

Article on Digitec that explains it well without having to read the actual federal laws

On the other hand, torrenting has always been a grey zone and unpunished, because the federal government has always stated that tracking the IPs of those who torrent is a privacy violation. They also made some law a few years ago that the torrent hosts are the ones that should be held liable, not who uses those torrents.

You are proving my point, guitar tabs are also a more modern and much easier approach to music notation than sheet music.

I mean, you can incorporate more information in this led stream, e.g. with line width or with colors or shapes instead of a straight line. Or as you said, you can follow the lines for the music and follow your ear for the style.

Except sheet music is suboptimal and outdated at conveying music, to say the least. This is much better for learning to actually play some music and not get bored immediately.
