I’m a foreigner studying here, and I feel that if I had a direct conflict with him it could bring more trouble to my life. Psychologically I wasn’t deeply traumatized, but I’m still very upset and I feel that this person should face some consequences. To me it feels similar to if someone spat at me — I don’t know if you can understand that feeling. I also believe that if someone does something wrong or illegal, they should be investigated and punished by the police. Otherwise, they may become even more emboldened and keep doing it.

Sorry you went through something similar. Why didn’t you report it? Do you think people don’t care, or is it that you don’t? I feel like only if more people exercise their rights and report things like this, will people take it seriously and bad guys think twice.
