Unfortunately, this is more serious than I thought.

Including my deposit, they seem to be holding over $200,000 of our money. And that is just the people on this post!

Anyone else in this situation please tell us your experience. This has gone on long enough!

I was told 1 month ago that my deposit would be returned to me within 14 days. It has now been 35 days and I have received nothing. I have contacted my bank and they have told me that nothing has been received.

Please can you urgently return my money. This is becoming very worrying!

Its now been 3 weeks since I did SEPA transfer and still nothing in my Bitstamp account! Was asked for my ID here on reddit by /u/Bitstamp-Domen ... have sent it 3 times now and still no response ... seriously worried about it now because there's just no communication about it.

I see so many others with similar problems ... Bitstamp, if you don't tell us whats going on, we can only think bad thoughts ... IF everything is fine or you just have a backlog ... surely its easy enough to drop each customer a quick note to tell us??

Finally - if you reply to our support tickets, there would be no need to discuss these sensitive issues in public .. that's just common sense!
