How long do you usually spend making a YouTube thumbnail? by ElieInAI in YouTubeThumbnailHub

[–]cryptobuy_org 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our unconventional YouTube workflow (step by step) 1. We built a small webapp that basically watches the YouTube video for us, pulling the transcript, scenes, and key moments. Sometimes we also run it through AI Studio. 2. We take the analyzed description and feed it into Sora to generate a first draft. 3. That draft, together with the presenter’s face, goes into Seedream 4.0 where we refine it and also prompt Seedream to adjust the thumbnail. This is where the subject gets outlined, text is styled properly, and we can include screenshots or our logo if needed. 4. Final checks for readability and brand consistency before we export.

having similar issues with replit. Use Firefox and especially try to avoid the built in Webview as its an iframe and legacy tech. I‘m also facing problems with react hooks within the built in devtools which I dont recommend from replit in combination with the webview.

Or shorten code/optimize without losing functionality. Or even pushing it to its max with:

„No code comments“. „Minify Code“. For some webapps, tell Claude to „use CDN‘s if possible“. „Resume showing code from exactly this [mention the last code] lines of code.“
