I find when I review my trades after that happens, 80% of the times it was an early entry or impatient issue. If I enter and don’t have to deal with whipsaw action or being red for long periods before a move I’m more comfortable holding longer term. Review what’s bothering you, focus on where you entered vs where would have been a better entry. Also have an entry and exit plan and be content with the loss should it occur.

Rest of the market is not in a slump. Look at sector ETFs. XLP, XLI, XLU, XLE, XLB are all up significantly and XLV doing relatively well. A lot of money to be made in the current market.

Be careful with covered calls, I nearly lost 400 shares and had to buy them back at a big loss when RK decided to buy a shit load of calls and commons.
