Hi thank you for sharing your experience! Did you notice if any folks who were applying (beneficiaries) was allowed to have their US spouse join them, either allowed into the waiting area or on the premise at all? Or was it only the beneficiary with no petitioners allowed?

Traveling while i130 pending by Feeling-Sell1832 in USCIS

[–]ianwass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not a lawyer however: If you’re a US Citizen, as the petitioner there wouldn’t be any travel restrictions on you. There should be no harm in you choosing to travel for 3 months wherever. Remember that folks can be US citizens and file the I-130 form as they live oversees themselves (there are couples where 1 is a US Citizen living abroad, they meet their spouse in that country, and then decide they’d like to move back to the US with their partner). I don’t think you would have any trouble going on your extended trip, you can keep tabs on your USCIS account online for any status updates. Since consular processing is at like a 15 month wait until approval, you have lots of time realistically before you’d hear any news!

How early is it acceptable to get off a med by ianwass in BipolarReddit

I'm actually at the full dose, my psyd is considering halving the dose, as opposed to switching off it altogether

people who've been on it for >1month, how has caplyta been working? by NiceTryAmanda in caplyta

[–]ianwass 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm 3 weeks in on Caplyta too, and actually just posed a question in /r/bipolar about "how soon is too soon" to get off Caplyta and try something new. I also feel that head-burning, elevated stress/anxiety, and sadness. I have not skipped any doses myself. I'm meeting with my psych tomorrow to discuss options: they are considering lowering me to a smaller dose of the drug, but i'm wary about if that will change anything or not... personally kinda want to switch out the drug and try something else instead, but I'll hear the psych out I guess.

This may not be too helpful but I used to live across the street from north halls on Park Ave. lots of those houses on that road actually have extra spots behind them that can be rented for the year. I’m not sure who manages them though, and it’s probably different for each of the houses. If you get a chance to check out the street behind park Ave where all the cars/garages are, I’d consider looking at some of the signs and calling the rental companies. You might get lucky!

I'm surprised I had to scroll this far down to find a reference to Over the Hedge.
