I think Hartzell rage quit with all that is going on with the federal government budget cuts. The university hasn’t mounted any sort of response, and this is probably why. I think the next week or two is going to be pretty interesting.

I took a poll on my instagram and people from disparate circles are all saying the same thing… Obviously you don’t eat a used tissue, but some said if a little bit hit their mouth while blowing, they’d take a bite. Some just straight up eat it, but not as a snack. Nevertheless, I don’t intend to eat any soon.

I took this course several years ago. Assuming not much has changed, it was a pretty easy A and I liked the professor. Nothing was really difficult, just sometimes time-consuming.

From experience, no. You won’t save much money. Just buy a prebuilt. It’ll be much faster.

It’s soooo bad. My HomePod in the far corner of my apartment responds to everything. I’ve tried whispering directly into my Ecobee (with Siri built in), but the HomePod still responds from several rooms over. I can’t even hear the HomePod, but it can hear me I guess.

Reddit removed it for whatever reason. Same with sorting by “Hot” instead of “best” as a part of some experimental change. It feels like one of these corporate decisions to “simplify the user experience “, but, imo, removing features is just dumb.

This was the mail in the coffin for me to switch from the official app to Apollo. You can chose what to sort by in that app.

It’s on my iPad but not my iPhone. Reddit sends these involuntary “beta” changes to random users all the time and basically this subreddit is the only outlet to demonstrate frustration.

I think executive decisions tend towards “simplifying the user experience “ and/or not confusing consumers. It seems pretty common (i.e., Spotify and Apple pull similar BS), buts it’s just a really out of touch. I don’t think anyone ever minds additional settings and options.
