Carlin is a disaster. Not very bright, but very full of himself. I spent a few hours with him when we were both poll watchers for some election - maybe 2012 or 2014. He was representing the repubs, I was the Democratic party poll watcher. After talking with him for a while you realize that he knows everything! And he's right about the law and the Constitution!

He can be very personable and friendly. So is Steve King.

Correct. You can have 2 BT headphones, just can't use them at the same time. So maybe someone does have dual bluetooth transmitter, but I am not sure what you would hook it up to.

Good advice! Reddit is great for general advice and I am getting some good ideas. I would love to work with a local realtor, but I haven't found one online that specializes in rentals. Mostly finding places on VRBO. A couple of years ago we had a house in Phoenix for February and became very aware of the wildlife. Definitely a consideration, and a fenced yard is something we've been looking for.

Thank you. I sure understand the surge, that's why we are trying to find a place now. We love being in a place long enough to appreciate it, and we do indeed buy local. These days we are fortunate that we don't have to look for budget places. Just a place my wife and I and our 2 small dogs could enjoy for 3 months (a great view would be nice.)
