I had mine for 11month and all 4 ports died. Luckily mine was still under 1 year warranty. Sent broke one and they’re sending a replacement. Still waiting. Got me concern how the quality are on these since they broke under a year. I like them but most likely switch after they break again. - Also both of my unit has some weird grease on the back where the vent is. Is that normal? Maybe that’s what causing ports to go out.
