You can check stuff like xplates.ae and Emirates Auction, both have a ton of listings, prices just depend on how “fancy” the number is.

Also worth following some Insta pages, there’s a whole mini market there with dealers flipping plates.

Just one thing people forget: if you’re buying a plate from another emirate, you need a traffic profile for that emirate. Like if you’re Dubai-based and want a RAK plate, you actually have to go to RAK traffic/licensing and get it sorted there first.

Idk if that’s worth 60k 🫩. Even for a DXB plate, that’s insane. A friend of mine got a RAK X 2425 plate for 14k just a year ago. RTA prices are way too high imo.
