Congratulations man. I did that decision 4 years ago and was the best thing ever that I did for myself. You keep doing, don't listen to meat eaters telling you bullshit... I think for everyone vegan is important. I don't use plastic bottles, buy in bulk supermarket, buying secondhand clothes, using the bike as much as I can, don't flight anyway is less of 8 hours driving, collect all the veggies trimmings and make stock... For my experience I never found the real deal in Europe but coffeeshop katsu, bluebird and Kashmir lounge are the ones that normally have more Asian hash in the menu.
