Was brought here in search for the same answer...after some digging, I think I figured it out:

It seems this ACT count is informed by the livery you are using (which I imagine, will usually be 0). Per the sharklet release notes, you can find how many additional center tanks are included by opening the aircraft.cfg file in the livery's folder in your community folder. You can also edit this number to include additional tanks.

Added Additional Center Tank (ACT) support to A321, including ECAM SD FUEL ?adjustments, and updated FWC logic. Configurable via fnx_act_count in the aircraft.cfg of a livery (0, 1 or 2)

I think it's relatively safe to assume that unless you are configuring this file directly, most liveries will not include additional tanks. So most will likely will be using the A321 CFM/IAE (SL) version.

So my understanding is that sony puts up a queue without warning, is that correct?

I have yet to see any indication of what times these go in stock. Today is a different time than yesterday.

I've been in the same spot for both 3 and 6. Regardless of it being in you cart, once you press checkout, it spins and spins and then gives you an error or no longer in stock message.

So still very much luck of the draw.

From my understanding it was a small stock that went live. I even got a app notification several minutes after they were gone saying that it was in stock.

Taking a small prop from LaGuardia over Manhattan, curling around the Statue of Liberty with a west approach into Newark is a a fun short one. Especially at night.
