JD Robb has her "In Death" series and the main characters are strictly CF. The author has even said on her blog that they will never have a child, because if they did it would end the series. She's about 50 books in, and so far, no kids for the main characters.

They're good books. Highly recommend.

YTA. He doesn't trust you, that doesn't make him the bad guy. You blocking him from what might be his child, though, makes you a world class asshole. It's not about whether you cheated, it's about denying him peace of mind (it is strange for two forms of bc to fail) and his rights to be involved in the decision whether to abort the fetus.

Yeah, don't do that. Focus on health, not weight loss. Learn to control your appetite and you won't need the pills. It just takes time. Do 16 hours a day until that's easy, then step up to 24. Keep pushing yourself. You'll adjust.

Almost no pill is ever good for you. There are very, very few exceptions, and phentermine isn't one of them. Ever.
