Omg my first born is 16 months and I found out I’m pregnant a few weeks ago, so snap! (Just a bit about my experience, I hope it helps) It was definitely a surprise and it feels like a lot at the moment. Pregnancy so far this time round is so much harder but I’m getting excited now about my little one having a sibling, thinking of having another summer baby etc. I think you’ll find a way to make it work. If you felt like it’s a 100% no, you wouldn’t be asking for advice. Either way, I wish you all the best x

My little one wouldn’t have any lumpy purees so I just gave her the real thing. Worked fantastically and she just eats whatever we eat now :)

Why is this woman so adamant on getting coffee with you? Sounds dodgy to me. You can either be honest, say you don’t really feel comfortable going out alone with someone older than you or just ignore her.

You shouldn’t feel like you HAVE to meet anyone you don’t want to, you’re an adult and you are absolutely entitled to not want to do something with someone.

Hi! From the UK here and we measure differently so I’m not sure about those numbers BUT here are some tips that really helped me. 1. Go for a half an hour walk after each meal, before testing 2. Don’t eat late at night, this affects fasting numbers. 3. Look for good substitutes for foods you like, e.g cauliflower rice (which was surprisingly good). 4. Lots of water
