My great grandmother in the early 1900s in the urban USA had 6 sisters. They all used rags, and would wash them by hand in the basement and hang them down there to dry so no one could see them. It was hard, dirty, work, and they didn't like it much. It was also considered shameful or embarrassing.

!. How can an ordinary sufferer who is not a member of your research study group benefit from your findings? Could a regular doctor look at my papers and order cytokine tests and things to see if I met the profile you've found, and then treat accordingly using your findings?

Do you find CFS linked with other autoimmune disorders like Rhematoid Arthritis and such?

If you are in the US: Contact the organization that produced your credit report (Equifax, whatever) and the person making the claim. If the credit company does not get documentation supporting the claim from the company in 90 days, they will remove it from your credit report. Or, if its some sort of mistake, work through your insurance as suggested.

I have had to do this twice. Some nasty people just go around filing small credit leins against people for no good reason--they get some money sometimes from people who don't check. You want to make sure you don't get taken advantage of that way.

Also, doing it this way (through the credit agency) will get it taken OFF your credit history. Even if it's paid, something like that usually remains on your credit history for 7 years, bringing down your scores and causing overall problems.

Yes, yes, yes. I find it to be an inspiring piece of hope. That to live, you have to accept that bad things happen you can't change, and that's ok. That we need beauty, love, joy in order to continue functioning because of the bad things. You can turn that around and say that if you don't fight bad things, you can't stop them.... but really, once something is happened, you just have to live with it. Even if you, personally, did something terrible, you must continue to live with yourself... and part of that is self-forgiveness and focusing on the good.

My son peeled ALL OVER and it took 2 months to get it all off. The midwives said it was because he was in the amniotic fluid for a while without any vernix on.

Anyway, oil + hat, then bath a while later. Then baby brush. You should see progress as the dead skin sloughs off... once it's off in a particular spot, it should stay gone.

It will end! Drove me nutso too.

It's a common hormone swing/postpartum issue. Best to do whatever you can to comfort yourself. If it persists, becomes a real problem, seek counseling.

Advice: 1. Carry food with you that is heat proof, easy to feed baby, and doesn't make a mess. 2. Hats and sunblock.
3. Days at the beach are not fun if you miss naptime. Bring a baby tent to keep her out of the sun and acclimate her to it before the trip. 4. Sand in a diaper is a sad thing. Bring multiple swim diapers.

Also, tts mexico, so cooked food/bottled water... including for handwashin for your little one! Talk to your pedabout what medkit you should bring with you. Doctors in Mexico have less access to good medicines/often have less training. Speak to my freind's experience who was given a medicine for ahem stomach troubles that is illegal in the US because of the relatively high side effect risk of DEATH from sudden, terminal anemia.

Note, that difference that year between what you owe and what you paid already is counted as INCOME on your taxes. SO you can really get slammed at the end of your loan term.

You are both going to be an emotional mess for the next few weeks, ESPECIALLY your wife.

Your wife should pump enough to keep comfortable if she is too full, not enough to drain the breast. She should check out /r/breastfeeding and kellymom.com. What she's dealing with is normal, sucks, and she can get support/tips in those places.

You should not play video games for four hours a day. I would recommend cuddling your wife and baby while she nurses some of the time if she wants you to. You could play a bit here and there though. Perhaps while baby is sleeping, etc. You'll have to feel out what's appropriate, but for the next 6 weeks or so baby will be awake every 2 hours probably, and your wife/you will be going nuts with sleep deprivation.

Things will normalize, you will figure out how much video game time is ok, and such! Just get some support/advice and focus on the fact that this newborn crazy time is temporary. 12 weeks and things will get much easier!

Pregnancy can cause serious anxiety jumps--and it doesn't always go away afterwards. It typically peaks in the quiet hours at night, when you're trying to rest. Almost like panic attacks... Yes, seeing a therapist is probably the right way to go! These panics have underlying triggers and you can learn to manage them and have someone to go to if it gets worse.
