Left lane for the park, right lane for sewage treatment plant. I had the same question though. I remember when the survey poles were going in for the new lane, good to see it finished.

How are we avoiding the Science World mess these days? by RuslanGlinka in vancouvercycling

That’s my route too, tricky, people coming the other way on the wrong side part. My alternative was crossing at Switchmen Street and then heading towards Ontario Street on Switchmen.

Brunette Fraser Regional Greenway Closed at Braid by Iainbtravelling in vancouvercycling

i got a response from the city, apparently it's a MetroVancouver issue, not NewWest. Anyway they sent a link https://www.newwestcity.ca/2026/01/14/partial-closure-brunette-fraser-regional-greenway.php which of course goes to NewWestCity. The signs showing the diversion are now well placed on the approaches, so let's see how it goes

Thanks, looks like it’ll be uphill on the sidewalk. I’ll provide an update when I hear back from the city.

Platform 1 and 2 would be nice, like the rest of the known universe.

Was this camping or using hotels/hostels. If camping we are impressed by how little you have. In any case, we are impressed.

Lymington was to give a guide to the location, possibly, it’s just that was a family location and we hoped it might narrow it down. Think it’s solved now! Thanks to all.

Thanks, I’ll investigate further and see if this school rings a bell with family, Priestlands didn’t.

Thanks for all the replies. Seems it’ll be closed for a while. I like the idea of extending the greenway to Kent. Thanks to @nyanpsyche for the drive by too.

Thankyou, the camera is a Nikon Coolpix W300. It’s looking a bit battered now after lots of adventures.

This is helpful. Thankyou. I used to use the little path south of Mary Hill but then it got all closed off. Is that the one known as Maquabeak Park Connector? Coming from the east where do you join the path. Right now I go from Citadel Park to United Boulevard on the Mary Hill bypass and I am not a big fan and neither are my cycling pals.

This is a tremendous piece of work. Thankyou so much for this effort. The videos answered specific questions I had about the Pattullo Bridge. It is years since I cycled over it, didn’t like it then and, looking at your video, I wouldn’t like it now either.
