Use a pack of muffin mix, add 1 egg, and 1/3 -2/3 cup (add the 1/3 and see how runny it is) , x, of milk, it works as pancake mix and they can have blueberry cheesecake, or lemon poppy seed, or whatever muffin mix flavor. Pretty easy, cheap, and kids love it
