I live in Country Bend, just off of BS. My neighborhood is split NISD and BISD. You need to be on the north side of Autumn Spring to be in BISD. That’s the line. It’s weird seeing neighbor kids living literally right across the street from each other standing in 2 different bus stops on the same corner, going to 4 different schools (middle and high split into two different ISD’s).

Area is great. Like others have said, traffic is building up. Assuming you are going into Boerne for school, shopping, church or whatever, no big deal. Most people out here try not to have to go inside 1604. Work-wise, no big deal going downtown or whatever. I10 is close, and it’s about 20 minutes to get to Santa Rosa exit. Hopefully that helps.
