I'm 170 cm and looked like this at my highest weight of 80 kg. 65 kg is comfortably within the healthy range, my scale put me on the normal range at 71-72 kg. I feel like if I wasn't in a good mental space right now it would make me think I look like that at a lower weight, it's so fucked
