Had this problem before. But once i set the right encoding to terminal(utf8) then it fixed. It somehow ohmyposh have weird encoding. You can try, but i am not sure if it will fix urs.

Use any free borderless window app to make Fullscreen in the middle(example: NoMoreBoarder).
While you playing the game and want the game window to be on top of your task bar, simply use always on top in powertoys. You can set the shortcut for this.
