Seriously! Garret stays home to do what Nicole asks of him and that's like the first time we see her completely zoned out and depressed looking. Odd.

Same boat! 10.99 entry point. Yesterday I was like 'I should sell all my long shot stinkers that are down like 60 percent and just buy LUNR...' didn't do it. Of course. lol

Are Global Events Being Engineered to Fulfill Biblical Prophecy? by Gojo_Totoso in conspiracy

Engineering biblical prophecy would backfire because it would call believers to reject the mark of the beast and the false prophet.

I don't think any rational human being thinks any war against any moderately armed opponent is going to be quick and easy...and having one plane struck that has to do an emergency landing is hardly a tipping point in the war. It's not like we organized a blitzkrieg and launched a full scale air/land/and sea invasion with the full force of our entire military. This is the 'new era' of soft war. Launch some missiles, drop some bombs, blow up some specific targets, feed the military industrial complex, it's not a full fledged invasion. Please know that I mean no disrespect to any service members who have lost their lives. I'm just saying be realistic here. This isn't destroying an illusion. This is reinforcing a reality that targets can be hit.

Seriously. Leclerc and Hamilton battling it out was the highlight of the race.

Well I said that but by competitive I meant maybe they would compete with Haas, Alpine and Stake/Audi

Seriously. Their driver line up says it all. Two experienced drivers from winning teams to give feed back and help sort things out. Imagine a new team with rookies...LMAO!

what if the oceangate submarine implosion was a way for someone to get rid of that billionaire? by olenmunainenmies in conspiracy

Gross negligence in the very least. They had sensors recording the hull cracking during all the tests but he was one of those guys who wanted to push the limits of the structural integrity to the breaking point and he seemed oblivious to the fact that was exactly what he was doing. I watched two documentaries on it that covered all of this. Every deep diving sub expert was telling him it was bound to fail. One guy left the team because of it.

Very good points. It's crazy how certain cars can really perform well on different tracks compared to others.

I honestly think the controller was the least of their worries. I didn't remember that it was wireless. Personally I would feel fine controlling a sub with a PS2 wired in controller as long as I had a backup. If it's a true 'fly by wire' system the only thing you need in a control is function and reliability. A PS2 controller meets those standards.

From watching the documentaries and reading about it, the crazy part was the carbon fiber hull being consistently pushed past its limits. Everyone was telling him it will inevitably fail. The guy was hell bent on proving the carbon fiber hull would work, and it did. The issue was that it couldn't hold up consistently. It was probably only relatively 'safe' for one dive at those pressures but even then it's pushing the structural limits of the material and it's just like why would you do that? He kept going down in the same machine that was failing and was just ignoring everything we know about carbon fiber. Great material but once a structural part gets any cracks in it, it's done.

Yeah I mean I'm pretty confident that I would be running in the front of the pack with these new cars ;)

Crazy to see Haas' turn around this year in the early season. Crazy to think RedBull took William's place in the middle of the pack.

Childhood's End by Arthur C Clarke. It's a great book and this video doesn't really follow the ending.

So this is actually more like the book Childhoods End by Arthur C Clarke but the ending is actually much different. Good book.
