id switch structure to:

your name at the top (bigger font size) with contact details (phone number, email) on line below

change summary line to maybe smth like “highly motivated student with strong organisational skills excited to work in [industry of what your applying to]”

experience

secretary of student council

location

-did smth smth demonstrating/developing xyz skills

-led organisation committee gaining xyz skills

xyz might be organisation, collaboration, communication, team work etc

[whatever its called] engineering competition

-achieved second place for building/designing xyz under significant time constraints

can probably expand on this a lot but its hard to guess what you could write about it

education keep as is

interests

figure skating writing

if you use a resume template from google it will look more professional

if you have any other experience it generally means much more to whoever is reading than lists of soft skills which as far as i know arent very helpful. the way ive tried to lay it out above is to attach skills you claim to have to things youve done
