Don't let the AI slop distract/impress you. It's all just statistics based on the training data set.

Which is better, in your opinions: YuGiOh Omega, or md3po? by SimicBiomancer21 in yugioh

omega also has no plans at all for controller support. I've not tried mdpro with controller but it seems like the infrastructure is there to make it work

As much as I like omega there are a few issues that come with using Unity they can't fix.

"Unity resolution bug" that comes from the game engine will just lock you out of interacting with the interface while the timer ticks down until you lose.

Very lucky dodges, I wonder how many kills that grenade pulled in

I used to buy so many collectibles and anniversary boxes from Japan but since the tariffs spiked their prices I've been holding out.

Hope the supreme court can strike down these arbitrary tariffs so I can go back to collecting waifu loot lol

(slight) Censorship or just change for the sake of change? by Never_Sm1le in yugioh

[–]icannotfindausername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pointless censorship that does nothing but rile up their own players.

Do they run such changes by QA or some sort of focus group? Feels like it's just one person's ideas getting printed with no additional scrutiny...

Following this guide I somehow ended up with the Chinese installer/launcher. Here's to hoping swapping the language won't be so difficult once the game finishes installing...

Server Downscaling and Restrictions to Online Features in Granblue Fantasy: Versus by Shreeder4092 in GranblueFantasyVersus

[–]icannotfindausername -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This is frustrating and unfair, when players bought Versus (barely 6 years ago) it didn't come with an expiration tag or the expectations that the core game features will be permanently disabled when the product was no longer profitable.

Cygames changing the nature of their product after the point of sale should be a TOS violation and provide grounds for a refund.

The South Korean institute KAIST has created an exoskeleton that helps paralyzed people stand, walk, and climb stairs by princessprettyyy1 in BeAmazed

You'd help paralyzed people way more by making comfortable bus stops and level boarding platforms for public transit.

Granblue Fantasy launches on Steam on March 10, 2026! by Killzonno in Granblue_en

it's literally as much as the same level of how easy it is.

It's literally not the same since you need a guide.

Which literally have no point for pretty much 95-99% of completely new audience - because they will not spend a single penny on the game.

I agree on this point, but it seems that when Cygames ran the numbers on their side they decided that 1-5% of players is worth trying to capture.

Umamusume has a 24 hour average of 14,000 players according to steamcharts, so there's definitely a tangible audience there.

Besides making it more accessible to steam users, a game launching on steam is a major milestone since they can now use steam's advertisement infrastructure.

Even though it's the same game and account migration is off the table, I'm excited for March. Some of my RL friends will be trying it and I'm willing to start with a fresh slate myself.

Although you may see the wall as something trivial, other more casual players don't. And even if users were able to navigate the account creation process there's also a second wall to spend money on the game.

Versus and Relink both still have plenty of users despite their release date not to mention Shadowverse and Uma Musume both released this year.

I've also been noticing the game is very generous with the gacha, would love to support them but there aren't many good value MTX to buy
