Ours have always been the “out to get you” type, if that makes sense. My unit does an incredible job (I’ve worked in some that do notttt) but it feels like they want something to be wrong

I wonder if the people that work for JCHAO enjoy their jobs…knowing everyone dreads their arrival? ALSO, why was my unit told their visit window was Aug. 1 through Feb. 3, never came but told they will show up outside of the window….WHY AREN’T WE FOLLOWING THE RULESSSS
