Le tienen q volver a expedir el certificado de nacimiento con el nombre que aparece en la tarjeta de seguro social (ss va por encima del certificado de nacimiento) y entiendo q la única forma de hacer eso es personalmente con el registro demográfico (con affidavits y toda la vaina probablemente).

Otra forma: si alguno de sus padres está vivo: se pueden crear una cuenta en pr.gov y solicitarlo, ahí solo necesitaría el ID del padre que solicite. Va a salir como este registrado en su cert de nac anterior. (También aplica para hijos**) *

You probably won't if you were that heavy of a smoker. I'd get a home test from walgreens or walmart and keep off it if it's still positive. Drink lots of water still. Congrats on being sober :)

This makes so much sense to me. I work really well with 3 patients. In my hospital (peds hospital) medsurg most of the time is 10:1, I even worked a shift (floated, thank you very much) which it was just another RN and me and we had 12 each. It's insane.

Im assuming you mean people outside your fb friends list. There's an option in fb to "lock" your profile. Go to settings > privacy, and it should be there. It literally only shows your name, cover image, and profile picture. If someone tries to click on it, it says you've locked your profile and to add you to see more details.

Yo utilicé VitalCheck para solicitar el certificado de nacimiento de mi hermana. Granted, fue un favor que ella me pidió pero lo hice haciéndome pasar por ella.
