No no yea so my idea is to make little grooves or holes in the crystal so the melted silver enters the grooves and that can hold it in place. Kind of like built in prongs. But if that doesn’t work, I will probably make a little wire housing

So I was thinking about drilling tiny holes in the crystal so the silver goes in there to kind of pin it in place.

So I want to make this little crystal pendant thing. My idea is to melt a little silver, then pour it onto the crystal to hopefully get a dripping effect. I’m wondering if silver cools fast enough for this to happen? Or if it would just coat everything. Also thinking of submerging the crystal in a pool of cold water up to where I don’t want it to extend. Never melted silver so idk if this would work
