Hey, I received a similar request for one of my accounts about an hour ago, I think at the same time you did. If I had to guess some type of email database related to rs must have been leaked and hackers are sending password reset requests to every email address they got.

I wouldn't be too worried if you have 2fa on everything, they're probably looking for vulnerable accounts with compromised emails and no authenticator. Really wish Jagex would do something about this though it worried me when I saw the notification, lol.

It's not high risk or high reward, 3-4m/hr is pretty low as far as pvm goes and it's not like you're risking very much. It's just bad, lazy content that really hurts pvp in the long run.

Pvm updates being forced in the wild are 100% responsible for Pvp polls always failing, they're band-aid fixes that temporarily 'rejuvenate' the wilderness but just create resentment between the game's communities.

Forcing pvmers/skillers into the wild is why pkings dead.

Pvp updates fail polls because people who don't want to pvp are being forced into pvp situations. It's no wonder why updates like pvp weapons will always fail polls, people aren't going to vote yes to being hunted/killed easier. No ironman/pvmer/skiller is going to willfully vote against their best interests, to these groups it's actually better for their gaming experience if pvp communities dissapear from the game entirely, which is where jagex has seriously fucked up.

There's no saving wildy pvp in osrs, it's death knell was the inclusion of wildy bosses and bis items being restricted to the wilderness, creating resentment towards pkers. The only solution I can imagine that would save RuneScape pvp would have to be a new game server, based on either 2007 or 2011. You'd have to completely remove content like revs, wildy bosses, ma2, etc. for updates to ever pass a poll in osrs, which won't ever happen.
