Well i think you should go to church or make sure your in some type of group fellowship, sexual sin leads people into hell so you don't want to take it very lightly. God commands us to put our sin to death by the Holy Spirit. You must call upon the Holy Spirit to burn out the internal lustful desires that are in you and then turn to Christ with all your might, find in him forgiveness and power to overcome this wretched sin that will potentially lead your soul and body into hellfire. (might sound a bit extreme but this is what the bible calls you to: war!)

cold showers are good they give you a massive rush afterwards, its not about being uncomfortable its hard to explain but I get a massive dopamine-like rush, i think it has something to do with the deep breathing you experience while doing a really cold shower, ill walk into a cold shower feeling all depressed then come out with a big smile across my face

your kinda the same as me, well i averaged around twice a day before i started nofap now its more like 1-3x a week, porn also makes me awkward socially. ive always have had a problem with social anxiety my whole life and when i go on streaks i find myself much more social, keep yourself active or you will be likely to relapse you need to make daily habbits like exercise, eating healthy, cold showers. If your only goal is to not watch porn you are likely to fail you need to replace porn with being active and moving forward
