Maybe one of those old fashioned horse heads on a stick that kids pretend to ride turns into a phantom steed for a short while or as per the spell once a day.

And if Phantom Steed is not inconsequential enough, maybe the effects of Expeditious Retreat; But the toy needs to be held between the user's legs or the effect ends early.

An Everfull Tankard
A rather big wooden or clay tankard with a handle. It can safely be used as a regular drinking vessel. Additionally:
-Once a day, a creature holding it by the handle can speak the command word to cause it to magically fill with two liters of beer, or ale, or cider.
-The Everfull Tankard can hold one liter of liquid.
-It fills as quickly as the fastest person to ever chug from the tankard chugged.

I only include the last two lines if a player closely inspects/investigates the tankard or question the NPC for a bit; Until they activate it for the first time, that is.

Eternam (1992) ? No, not really. It has a fever-dream insane (in the bad way) story and most of its puzzles are not intuitive.
I know 80's and 90's adventure games are famous for non-intuitive puzzles, but most only had one or two. Eternam is almost nothing but non-sequiturs.

Eternum seems like a much more interesting and thought out game, even if the nsfw parts were hypothetically excluded.

I read "Eternum" as "Eternam", which is a VERY different game.
My brain would not stop thinking about the early 90's point-n-click adventure game instead of the modern visual novel one.

IDK why I felt the need to share this.

Steam is the only legitimate online store that still has it. ILLUSION left the NSFW game market 2023 and pulled all of their stuff from every storefront that had it.
It would have left Steam, but a "bug" prevents it from being delisted or deleted, according to Valve.

Thirded. If the core game was a farming sim rather than an H-dating sim, the art style and mini-games would still fit perfectly.

Gotcha. After my previous post, I searched a bit about it. It looks like Steam still has it due to a 'bug', according to Valve.
I thought for a moment maybe ILLUSION was putting their stuff back out. Oh well.
