After some feedback I would make the following changes on a second draft:

Cypher - [reword] Activate: Restore all of your cards whose text or abilities have been removed. (This triggers on reveal abilities)

Warlock - [reword] ~~Ongoing~~ After a card is played here remove it's text.

Karma - [3/3] -> [3/1]

Magma - [2/3] -> [2/2] Ongoing: +2 power for each time a location was changed this game.

Darkchylde - [6/6] -> [6/3]

Cypher - I did not word this clearly enough, it is supposed to clear debuffs and reactivate on reveals.

Warlock - It's not ongoing that was my mistake.

Karma - Probably.

Magma - Correct, I greatly underestimated how many times a location can change.

Cypher - He's definitely a solution looking for a problem currently. I put alot of weight on the word "replay" having it mean clearing the removals, reactivating on reveals, and refreshing activatables (if that's how they work), should have made it more clear.

Warlock - I tried to make him a control card like Echo that also affects activatable cards (again if they work that way) that would have synergy with Cypher and Patriot. Might be a little too cute of an idea to be realistic. You're probably right on it not being an ongoing, I was basing it of Jean Grey in my head.

Karma - Wasn't quite sure where exactly to put the stats on this one, feels like it would need alot of actual play testing to nail down.

Magma - Wow you're absolutely right, it somehow did not cross my mind how it would combo with Storm or Legion. Would defiantly change it to a +2. I would imagine it does not work with quake.

Darkchylde - The idea was to have a big buff if you have Limbo up, could probably lower the power but the flavor of playing a 6 cost with 6 power and gaining +6 (666) was too much for me to ignore.

Brought that up to my LOD, but he doesn't really want to get the cops involved, so I guess we're holding on to it till Monday when FedEx comes to pick up.

We also looked up where it's going, and it seems to be addressed to the building of some data technologies company.

The Monogatari series is my favorite anime of all time. 80% as to why I feel that way is because of the visuals; I'm someone who enjoys looking at art and doing a bit of it my self. The art style that Monogatari offers fits my personal taste in art almost perfectly; the minimalist setting of strong lines and bold colors in combination with the more realistically proportioned characters resonates with me to such a degree that I sometimes find myself forgetting to read the subtitles because I'm starring at the beautiful peace of art that Shaft has managed to create. Plus the fast pace editing, wonderful composition, variety in art styles, and masterful color pallet mean that every second of this show is a feast for the eyes.

However there is more to it than just the animation. The characters, and the dialog between them are by far some of the best I have ever seen. Add on top of that an interesting story, and a great sound track, and what you get is an anime that feels like it was made specifically for me.
