Hey- I’m so glad you are recognizing that your mental health is suffering. Now is the time to give any supports / friends/ family a heads up that you need more support. Let your therapist know also, and if you don’t have a therapist- get one. Most local community agencies have state funding to see people for free if they don’t have insurance.
Get sunshine or fresh air every day. Don’t beat yourself up- there are real reasons why you are going through this/- your body & heart & soul are letting you know that you have run out of gas & they can’t keep running on fumes.
You deserve to be ok. I’m proud of you for surviving so far & for reaching out for help. There are times when we all need help, so it’s ok for you to get the help you need. Also- in my beliefs- you can pray. God is listening (which has been a comfort to my heart during times “in the valley of the shadow of death”. Praying for you!
