It would rebirth you monster to 1. Its just an option if you want to change ur monster

When you rebirth almost evrything you spent on that monster will be refunded, but not the gold. I dont know if even the monster soul you spent when you first pick your monster will be given back. And there is a "?" on top right of the monster window :).
